At Larena, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every press-on nail set. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Unopened & Unused Items We accept returns on unopened, unused items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be in their original packaging with all seals intact. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Customised Nail Sets All customised nail sets are made to order and are non-refundable and non-returnable. This applies to any sets that have been personalised in shape, size, design, or finish at the customer's request. Please ensure all customisation details are correct before placing your order — we are happy to assist you prior to purchase if you have any questions.
Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@lalarenaland.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you — no return required.
Opened or Used Items Due to the personal nature of press-on nail products, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on opened or used sets. If you have a concern about a product you have used, please reach out to us and we will do our best to find a resolution, which may include store credit at our discretion.
Wrong Item Received If you received an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping costs.
Australian Consumer Law Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
