Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Larena. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship your order.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation. For our handmade nail sets, processing times may occasionally be longer during peak periods — we will notify you if there is any significant delay. Processing times for customised sets please refer to the product pages.

Domestic Shipping (Australia) We offer the following shipping options for Australian orders:

  • Standard Shipping: $11.00 AUD — estimated delivery 3–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: $15.00 AUD — estimated delivery 1–3 business days
  • Free Express Shipping on orders over $150.00 AUD

All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.

International Shipping We currently ship to Australia only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future — sign up to our mailing list to be notified when this becomes available.

Tracking Your Order A tracking link will be sent to your email address once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your notification.

Lost or Delayed Parcels Larena is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or circumstances outside our control. If your parcel has not arrived within 10 business days of your expected delivery date, please contact us at support@lalarenaland.com and we will investigate on your behalf.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. Larena is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at hello@lalarenaland.com — we will do our best to assist if the order has not yet been dispatched.
