2. Products Larena handmade press-on nail sets may have slight variations in appearance — this is a natural characteristic of handcrafted products and not considered a defect. Product images are as accurate as possible, however colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

3. Orders & Payment By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud. Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

4. Pricing All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

5. Shipping We aim to dispatch orders within 2–5 business days. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary. Larena is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or other carriers. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon dispatch.

6. Intellectual Property All content on this site — including images, text, logos, and designs — is the property of Larena and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Larena shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

8. Australian Consumer Law Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable legislation that cannot be excluded by agreement.
